The property provides private parking (paid) with an electric vehicle charging station and accessible parking spots for disabled guests.
Accommodations
Each room includes a kitchenette with a two-ring hob and refrigerator, a private bathroom with a powerful shower, and soundproofing for reduced noise. Rooms have blackout shutters, a desk with space for a laptop and monitor, and a TV with channels for movies. The beds use spotless mattresses and pillows, and bath towels carry a distinctive aromatic scent.
Location
The hotel sits 2 km from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and less than 1 km from Palais Nikaia Concert Hall. A tram stop is 3-4 minutes on foot, providing direct service to the airport and city center. Walking distance brings guests to Allianz Riviera Stadium and Promenade du Paillon, as well as a halal boulangerie and a Lidl supermarket within 8 minutes.
Accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible rooms feature raised toilets, grab rails, and a private bathroom with roll-in shower. The building has a lift, key card access, and CCTV in common areas and outside for security. Daily housekeeping is provided, and express check-in/check-out is available, though the reception operates strictly from 15:00 to 19:00 with no after-hours entry.

Guests pay at check-in, eliminating surprise charges, and the hotel offers social pricing for stays of one month or longer. There is no refund for arrivals after 19:00, as late check-in is not possible. The neighborhood is described as quiet during the day but caution is advised after dark; the building itself is secure with a night security guard.
